Macaroni are incredibly tender, airy cakes with an almond flavor. In Russia, they are still a novelty, but they are already confidently winning the love of gourmets and ordinary sweets lovers. An excuse for this piece of confectionery art is not required, but more and more often they are served at some important events: anniversaries, engagements or bachelorette parties, since this delicacy is considered an exquisite dessert.

- - 50 grams of sugar;

Step 1
First of all, you need to mix the icing sugar with almond, add half of the protein, mix everything thoroughly. Then take the remaining protein, combine it with sugar and beat until the mass increases in size. Next, combine the first and second parts and mix gently until smooth. Pour the dye on the tip of the knife, and carefully mix it into the resulting mixture. The dough is ready.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 150 - 160 degrees, it is important that it is not hot, as the cakes are very tender and can burn easily. Squeeze small circles out of the parchment bag on the parchment and bake them for ten minutes. Do not open the oven while baking.
Step 3
You can prepare a cream while baking. It can be as varied as imagination suffices. It can be pistachio paste, banana whipped in a blender with cream, mashed raspberries with chocolate, vanilla cream. The main thing is that it is tender in consistency.
Step 4
When the halves are cool, spread cream on one of them and glue the other. A delicious dessert is ready.
It is customary to serve pasta to the table on large flat white dishes or multi-tiered candy bowls.
