    • For filling:

    • 5 hard-boiled eggs;
    • 1 cup rice
    • 1 tbsp oils;

    • For the sauce:
    • 2 tbsp butter;
    • 1 tbsp flour;
    • 2 cups chicken stock
    • ½ cup of cream;
    • 2 yolks.
    • For pancakes:
    • 1 glass of milk;
    • 2 squirrels;
    • 4 tablespoons flour;
    • 1 tsp Sahara;
    • ¼ tsp salt;
    • soda on the tip of a knife.

Step 1

Kurnik is baked from unleavened puff pastry with several fillings, interlaced with pancakes.

Prepare the dough: sift flour onto a board, cut butter or margarine into slices, place on flour and chop into crumbs with a knife. Dissolve salt and sugar in water and combine with butter-flour crumbs, knead a homogeneous dough. Put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Bake some pancakes to sandwich the fillings. Beat whites with sugar and salt, pour in milk, add flour and add soda, quenched with vinegar or lemon juice. Knead the dough and bake in a hot skillet.

Put a pancake on the tortilla, then lay out the filling, shifting each layer with pancakes: rice, eggs, chicken, mushrooms, again rice, eggs, etc. The number of layers can be as you wish.

Shape the cake into a dome. Roll out the lid from a smaller portion of the dough and cover the pie with it. Make a hole in the center for the steam to escape. The surface can be decorated with flowers cut from dough, petals, branches, congratulatory inscriptions and other figurines.

Grease the joints of the base and lid of the cake with an egg, and the surface with a mixture of yolk and milk. Bake the chicken in the oven at 220 degrees until golden brown.
