It is necessary

  • - veal - 200 g;
  • - avocado - 2 pcs.;
  • - onion - 1 pc.;
  • - figs - 3 pcs.;
  • - radish - 100 g;
  • - romaine lettuce - 100 g;
  • - field salad - 50 g;
  • - lemon - 0.5 pcs.;
  • - olive oil - 1 tablespoon;
  • - basil - a pinch;
  • - salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the meat from the freezer in advance, warm it up. Then peel off streaks, films, cut into slices.

Step 2

Peel the onion head, wash and chop. Having prepared the onion in rings, pour over it with lemon juice squeezed from half a lemon. Add some salt to the onion, to your liking. Squeeze the chopped onion lightly with your hand, leave to saturate with lemon juice for 5-7 minutes.

Step 3

Rinse the figs in running water, dry, cut into slices. Remove the tails from the pure radish, then chop it into thin slices. Wash the avocado, dry it, peel it. Cut the pulp into medium-sized slices.

Step 4

Pour olive oil into a frying pan, heat. Arrange the veal slices, fry on both sides. If in doubt about the tenderness of the meat, first beat it off with the blunt side of a kitchen hammer. At the end of frying, season the veal with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Prepare a suitable meal. Cover it with clean field lettuce leaves. Put slices of avocado, slices of fried veal on the resulting "pillow". Place figs, radishes and onions nearby. Pick the romaine lettuce with your hands, add to the dish. Season with salt, pepper and butter and lemon juice. Don't forget to season the original avocado salad with a pinch of basil. Serve to guests.
