Delicious and nutritious salad in an unusual original design - an avocado boat. It will pleasantly diversify the festive table and surprise your guests. The salad is a bit spicy, so it should be served in small quantities.
It is necessary
- - 4 things. avocado;
- - 20 g low-fat sour cream;
- - 200 g of boiled chicken breast;
- - 10 g of mustard;
- - 1 PC. lemon;
- - 20 g mayonnaise;
- - 20 g of olive oil;
- - 100 g of canned pineapples;
- - 100 g of canned green peas;
- - 100 g of hard cheese;
- - salt and red pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the avocado thoroughly in cold running water and pat dry. Use a sharp knife to cut the avocado into halves. Use a small knife and teaspoon to remove the pits and piths. Finely cut the core into cubes. Sprinkle the boats with lemon juice to keep them from darkening.
Step 2
Make a salad dressing. To do this, in a small cup, combine grated cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil. Stir everything with a fork and add lemon juice, stir again.
Step 3
Mix the boiled chicken breast with finely chopped pineapples and season with the previously prepared mixture. Pour green canned peas into the boats on the bottom, put chicken with pineapples on top, sprinkle a little with red pepper and decorate with herbs.
