Frozen pork should be thawed gradually: keep the meat in the refrigerator for 24 hours, and then defrost it completely at room temperature. Fried pork steak cooks very quickly. Ingredients: 600 g pork fillet, 1 egg, 1/4 cup water, bread crumbs, sunflower oil, salt, ground black pepper - to taste. Rinse the meat, dry with paper towels. Slice the pork into thin slices and beat lightly. In a separate bowl, stir the egg with water, salt and ground pepper. Dip the pieces of pork in the mixture, roll them in breadcrumbs, fry on both sides in a preheated skillet in vegetable oil. The meat is cooked over medium heat. Put ready-made meat on a dish, garnish with herbs and serve.
For a side dish, salad, potatoes, buckwheat porridge are suitable.
Cook the french fried pork. You will need the following products: 500 g of pork neck, 1 clove of garlic, 40 g of mayonnaise, 3 tbsp. honey, 0.5 tbsp. rast. butter, 1 tbsp. mustard powder, salt, pepper - to taste. Chop the meat, beat lightly, pepper, add salt. Peel the garlic, grate it on a fine grater. Mix it with vegetable oil, honey, mayonnaise and mustard powder. Spread the mixture over each chop, place in a saucepan, and refrigerate overnight. The next day, cook the pork in a skillet in vegetable oil.
For frying, choose pale pink meats that have small layers of fat. In this case, the finished dish will be more juicy and tender. It is not recommended to use meat with dense and thick muscle fibers.
Fried pork with mushrooms has a spicy taste. You will need: 4 slices of pork, 25 g of butter, 40 g of dry shiitake mushrooms, 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar, 8 cloves of garlic, 10 juniper berries, rosemary, black pepper, salt. Pour hot water over the shiitake mushrooms and leave for 45 minutes. Boil unpeeled garlic cloves in a little water, dry them.
Rub the pieces of pork meat with pepper, salt, vinegar. Heat the butter in a skillet. Sear the pork on 2 sides. Add shiitake mushrooms, crushed juniper berries, unpeeled garlic, rosemary, and 8 tbsp. the water in which the shiitake were soaked. Reduce heat to low, cover skillet and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Season the dish with salt for 5 minutes. until the end of extinguishing. Remove the garlic and peel it before serving.
Pork langet is prepared as follows. Products: 600 g pork fillet, 40 g fat, 1 tablespoon flour, salt, pepper - to taste. Slice the meat across the grain, 2 slices per serving. Beat it off and give the pieces an oval shape. Salt, roll in flour. Fry the pork in preheated fat over medium heat. Put it on a dish, pour the meat juice formed during frying. Serve pork langet with French fries, tomato, mushroom sauce.
