  • - 1 avocado;

  • - 2 g of tobiko caviar.

Instructions

Step 1

Cover the bamboo mat for rolls with cling film and put a sheet of pressed nori seaweed on it. Then evenly distribute the boiled rice over the surface of the sheet. To prevent rice from sticking to your hands during the preparation of the rolls, it is necessary to periodically moisten them in cold water. Turn the rice-covered nori leaf so that the algae are at the top.

Separate the skin from the salmon fillet and cut it into thin strips. Peel the avocado and cut it into small wedges. Fry the tuna shavings in a pan for a few minutes so that it dries a little.

Grease a sheet of nori seaweed with a thin layer of wasabi and spread the filling of tobiko caviar, salmon fillet, avocado pieces and salmon skin. We begin to twist the roll, giving it a square shape.
