Cakes can be prepared with a variety of additives. An interesting combination in one dessert can be yogurt and chocolate. The sour milk component will reduce the excess sweetness of the chocolate, which, in turn, will give the cake a rich flavor.

It is necessary

    • 100 g butter;
    • 50 g of dark chocolate;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 50 g sour cream 20% fat;
    • 200 g flour;
    • 30 sugar;
    • 1 tsp baking powder;
    • 1 tbsp. heavy cream;
    • 1 tbsp. yogurt;
    • 100 g icing sugar;
    • 1 tbsp dry gelatin;
    • some grated chocolate;
    • fresh berries.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the cake dough. To do this, melt the butter in a saucepan. If desired, it can be replaced with margarine. Add chocolate, broken into slices, add sugar there. Add some water, about 3 tablespoons. While stirring the mass, heat it over medium heat until the chocolate and sugar are completely dissolved. Remove the pot from the stove, pour the mixture into a bowl and cool to room temperature. Break eggs in there, add sour cream and a little baking powder or slaked soda vinegar. Mix everything.

Step 2

Pour flour into the cake mix, but not immediately, but on a spoon, stirring thoroughly to avoid the formation of lumps. The dough should acquire the consistency of thick sour cream. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a round dish with high sides with butter and pour the dough into it. It should only fill half the form, as it will rise later when baking. Place the crust in the oven for 20 minutes. You can check if the dough is baked with a toothpick. Pierce the contents of the form with it. If the wooden stick remains dry, the cake can be removed from the oven.

Step 3

Get some cream. Dissolve gelatin in a little warm water. Combine it with heavy cream and natural yogurt without additives. Pour in the icing sugar. Mix everything until smooth.

Step 4

Remove the cake from the oven and immediately remove it from the mold. Cool slightly and then pour over the resulting cream. Let the gelatin solidify slightly, then sprinkle the grated dark or white chocolate over the cake. Top of the cake can be decorated with fresh berries - strawberries or cherries. Then put the dessert in the refrigerator for a few hours until the cream completely hardens. Serve with freshly brewed tea or coffee.

Step 5

If desired, an additional sweet layer can be made inside the cake. To do this, cut it lengthwise so that you get two cakes, between which place the cream and pieces of fresh berries - strawberries or cherries.
