Do you think that meatballs are made only from meat? No, they can also be made from mushrooms. And this does not require special skills. And mushroom meatballs are suitable for absolutely any side dish.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of mushrooms;
- - 2 onion heads;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream;
- - 100 ml of cream;
- - a spoonful of butter;
- - bread crumbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the mushrooms in water for about 15 minutes. Fry finely chopped onion in a frying pan until golden brown.
Step 2
Remove the mushrooms from the broth, chop them with a knife and combine with the fried onions. Add sour cream, egg and bread crumbs there. Mix everything well and salt.
Step 3
Moisten your hands with cold water to keep the minced meat from sticking to your hands. Form meatballs from the mushroom mass and fry them in melted butter until half cooked.
Step 4
Grate the carrots on a fine grater and simmer them in butter. Then pour in the cream and bring everything to a boil.
Step 5
Place the meatballs in the sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes.
