Instructions
Step 1
Pumpkin puree with zucchini. Wash and skin vegetables. Cut out the seeds and loose center. Chop into small pieces.
Step 2
Boil water in a saucepan. Salt it lightly and lower the chopped vegetables. Boil for 5 minutes. Add milk and simmer over low heat until softened.
Step 3
Pour the contents of the saucepan into a blender bowl, or lower the hand blender directly into the saucepan. Grind the vegetables into an airy puree.
Step 4
Mashed potatoes. Wash the potato tubers. Peel them off and immediately place them in cold water. Put on fire and cook until tender. Drain the water.

Boil the milk in a ladle. While the milk is boiling, mash the potatoes with a pestle. Pour milk in a thin stream into loose potatoes. Stir the resulting mass and add butter to it.

Fried potato. Boil the washed potatoes in the skin until tender. Place the pot under the cold water tap and hold for one minute, then the skin on the potatoes will come off easier. Peel the tubers.

Cut the potatoes into rounds or slices and place in a preheated skillet. Potatoes can be fried in both vegetable and butter. Salt and keep on high heat for 5 minutes. Stir gently from time to time so that the potato wedges do not fall apart or burn.

Sprinkle hot potatoes with chopped fresh herbs and serve with the chicken.

Tomato, cucumber and bell pepper salad. Place vegetables in a large colander and rinse thoroughly with water.

Core the tomatoes. Peel the green cucumbers. Free the bell pepper from the stalk and seeds, once again rinse its inside under water. Peel the onion.

Cut the cucumbers and tomatoes into slices. Cut the pepper into sectors, and chop the onion into rings. Chop the greens.
