Spaghetti with a pleasant, refreshing mint flavor and a light garlic spice. It will go well with different types of meat and poultry.

- Spaghetti 300g
- Fresh mint 3g (5 leaves)
- Dill 5g
- Garlic 5g
- Sunflower oil 30ml
- Olive oil 10ml
- Salt to taste

Step 1
We take a deep and wide saucepan. Fill a little more than half with water and set it on full fire. The water needs to be salted and mixed, add sunflower oil. We cover with a lid and wait for it to boil.
Step 2
While the water in the pan is boiling, prepare the rest of the ingredients. We clean the garlic and cut it into small crumbs. Then, rinse the mint and dill under running water and finely chop.
Step 3
When the water is boiling, add the spaghetti and mark for 7 minutes. After about a minute and a half, you need to gently stir so that the spaghetti does not stick together and turn into a single lump. Prepare the colander and after seven minutes, pour the spaghetti into the colander.
Step 4
We are waiting for the water to drain. Then we transfer it back to the pan, pour it with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic and herbs already prepared by us in advance, mix. Can be served at the table. Mint spaghetti is not only hearty, but also an original dish.
