Step 1
Prepare the ingredients, pass the garlic through a press, grate both types of cheese on a fine grater in different containers.

Combine cream, Gruyere cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg. Pour the resulting mixture into a saucepan, simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

Pour clean water into a separate saucepan, add a tablespoon of salt, bring to a boil. Put pasta in water, boil for 8 minutes. Throw in a sieve. Then mix with the resulting creamy cheese sauce. Add 2-3 tablespoons of pasta water.
Step 4
Put the resulting mixture in a prepared baking dish. Cut the butter into cubes and place on top. Sprinkle everything with Parmesan.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes. The result is a homemade molecular casserole that tastes great. It must be served immediately after preparation in order to appreciate all its unsurpassed taste.
