Pide pizza is a dish from Turkish cuisine. The dough is very soft, tasty and airy. The pizza is incredibly tasty. After all, the Turks know how to make pizza.

Instructions
Step 1
Warm margarine, honey, salt, milk until warm, beat an egg, stir well.
Step 2
Mix yeast with flour, pour in milk mixture, knead the dough.
Place in a cup, cover with cling film or towel and store in a warm place. Then put it in an oven preheated to 50 degrees.
Step 3
Start preparing the filling. Finely chop the onion, cut the bell pepper into cubes. Fry the onions and peppers, sauté a little.
Step 4
Then add the minced meat, fry everything. Stir the minced meat constantly so that there are no lumps. Cook for 7-10 minutes, salt and pepper to taste, add herbs. Transfer to a platter to cool.
Step 5
Divide the dough into four parts. Grease the surface for pide with vegetable oil. What to do pide, roll out an oval, make cuts on the sides, but not completely. Place the dough strands on opposite sides. You do not need to use flour, otherwise the sides will not stick to the base, and the juice from the filling will flow out.
Step 6
Put the minced meat in the finished boats, grease the edges of the pide with vegetable oil and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on the pizza if you like.
