- • dried regan (oregano) - 2 tsp,
- • salt to taste,
- • 150 ml of water.

Step 1
Finely chop the garlic, cut the leeks into rings and fry them in a saucepan in olive oil for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Step 2
Cut the pepper and tomato into cubes, add them to the onion and garlic. In a bowl, mix water with tomato paste and add this liquid to vegetables in a saucepan. Add salt and oregano, stir, cover the saucepan with a lid and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Step 3
At this time, peel the mushrooms, cut into medium pieces and add to the vegetables. Simmer the stew for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
