To prepare eclairs, you will need: 100 g of butter, 3 eggs, a glass of water (regular, faceted), 200 g of flour, salt on the tip of a knife.
Cooking eclairs
Boil water in a saucepan, melt butter in it, put salt there. After that, little by little, pour flour into the pan, mixing the dough thoroughly. After the dough begins to lag behind the sides of the pan, set it to cool.
Break eggs into dough at room temperature, mix everything thoroughly. Line a baking sheet with baking paper or butter (or margarine). Spoon out small, round balls of dough.
Helpful advice: if you want to get eclairs not small round, but elongated, take a pastry syringe and squeeze sausages about 7-9 cm long and about 3 cm wide onto a baking sheet.
Bake the eclairs in a preheated oven at about 180 degrees Celsius for about half an hour.
Attention! Do not open the oven during baking, as otherwise the eclairs will not turn out to be airy, voluminous.
After cooking, put the eclairs to cool, then cut them in half and fill with any cream, whipped cream. You can also make savory eclairs, snack bars, with different salads.
