Rinse the chicken fillet, add water (2, 5-3 liters) and cook until tender. When the meat is ready, it must be removed from the broth.

Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes (about 1.5x1.5 cm).

Rinse the rice well, pour into the boiling broth and cook for about 10 minutes.

Finely chop the onion and finely grate the carrots.

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes.

Add onions, carrots and potatoes to the rice in the broth. Cook all ingredients for about 7 minutes.

Add the chicken fillet and continue to cook the soup until the vegetables are done.
