Blanks for the winter are a great help for the family budget. In winter, during the period of expensive fruits and vegetables, it is so pleasant to open a jar of canned food made by yourself. Among all the blanks, home adjika takes one of the places of honor. Fans of hot spices eat it with various dishes, and they just smear it on bread. Having prepared adjika once, you will make this blank annually.

- 2.5 kg red tomatoes;
- 2 kg of carrots;
- 1 kg of red bell pepper;
- 200 g granulated sugar;
- 0.25 cups salt;
- 1 glass of sunflower oil;
- 2 pods of hot pepper;
- 1 cup garlic
- passed through a garlic or grated.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse tomatoes, peppers, carrots thoroughly in plenty of running water. Cut the stem off the tomato. Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds and stalk, rinse. Peel and wash the carrots.
Step 2
Pass the tomatoes, carrots, bell peppers through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Peel the garlic, grate it on a fine grater. Remove the seeds, rinse and finely grate the hot pepper.
Step 4
Add salt and sugar to a bowl with tomatoes, peppers and carrots. Stir, then add vegetable oil.
Step 5
Place the dishes with adjika over medium heat. Once the adjika boils, reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
Step 6
Remove adjika from heat, cool. Add garlic and hot pepper to it. Mix thoroughly, put in sterilized jars, cover with lids. Metal and plastic covers can be used.
