This excellent dish, made from squid, onions and bell peppers, drenched in a fragrant marinade, is suitable for both a festive table and an everyday one.
It is necessary
- - 4 squid;
- - 2 onions;
- - Bulgarian pepper;
- - dill;
- - a spoonful of vinegar;
- - salt;
- - 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- - bay leaf;
- - vegetable oil;
- - peppercorns.
Instructions
Step 1
Clean the squids from films and entrails. Boil them in salted water for about 2 minutes. Cool and cut into thin strips.
Step 2
Cut the onion into half rings and put it in a saucepan, add peppercorns, salt, bay leaf to it and fill it all with a solution of acetic acid (1 spoonful of vinegar to 22 tablespoons of water).
Step 3
Place on a hot stove and heat, but do not boil. Add vegetable oil and refrigerate marinade for 2 hours.
Step 4
Remove the bay leaves and peppers from the marinade and squeeze the onion. Toss it with squid, chopped bell peppers and dill. Season with a little marinade.
