Sometimes you want to pamper yourself with something delicious. It is better not to run to the store, but to cook your own homemade cookies with dried apricots. You will know what they are made of and you will be confident in their quality.
It is necessary
- - ready-made wafer cakes - 2-3 pcs.,
- - buckwheat flour - 3 tbsp. l,
- - dried apricots - 200 g,
- - hazelnuts - 100 g,
- - almonds - 200 g,
- - candied fruits (orange) - 2 tbsp. l.,
- - egg -1 pc.,
- - honey - 1 tbsp. l.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour dried apricots with warm water and leave for 15 minutes. Then the dried fruits need to be squeezed out and minced together with the hazelnuts and half the almonds.
Step 2
Pour flour, candied fruits into the fruit-nut mixture, whip in an egg. Mix everything well and add honey. Stir well again and spread the mixture in an even layer on the wafer cakes.
Step 3
Then put them in the oven, preheated to 120 degrees, and dry for an hour at a slightly open
door. When the mass has set, remove the cakes from the oven and cut into cookies. Decorate with finely chopped almonds, candied fruits and dried apricots.
Step 4
You can also make sweets from dried apricots, however, they ripen for about 2 weeks. Pour dried apricots (200 g) with water. When it swells, squeeze and pass through a meat grinder. Then add in portions 300 g of powdered sugar, 250 g of coconut and pour in the juice of half a lemon. We mix everything, form koloboks from the mass and put them in the refrigerator. After two weeks, you can taste the sweets!
