Before frying a steak, the meat for it must first be marinated in a special mixture. To do this, finely chop the onion and garlic, transfer to a container. Then pour a little vegetable oil into it, add TABASCO steak sauce, add a teaspoon of dry rosemary, salt, pepper. Stir the entire mixture thoroughly.
Step 2
Then we carefully coat the meat in this mixture, close it in a container or tie it in a bag and place it on the lower shelf of the refrigerator. It is better to do this the night before, so that the meat has time to marinate during the night.
Step 3
Then, having arrived at the place of steak frying, you need to make a fire, and before that, 30 minutes before frying, put the meat from the refrigerator to room temperature so that it warms up and subsequently fries evenly.
Step 4
As soon as the fire has flared up, you need to put the pieces of steak on the wire rack. Fry with steak sauce.
