Cut the white bread into not too large cubes, place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Place in an oven preheated to 150 ° C and dry. The finished bread should brown slightly on top, but remain soft on the inside so that it can be easily chopped onto a fork.

Put 50 g of butter in a fondue dish and rub the sides with garlic. Add 1 teaspoon flour and melt in butter. Then pour in 1 glass of white wine and heat it up. Put cubes of different types of cheese in it, the total weight of which should be about 500 g. When the cheese begins to melt, add a little white pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Cook, stirring constantly, until the consistency is smooth.

Use a fork to top a slice of bread and dip it into the finished cheese fondue. After a few seconds, when the bread is completely saturated, take it out and enjoy the wonderful taste. This dish is best washed down with dry white wine. You can also dip boiled shrimp into cheese fondue instead of bread.

Chocolate fondue is no less tasty, in which it is especially pleasant to dip various fruits: strawberries, pineapple, mango, oranges, pears and others. Buns are also good with melted chocolate.

To prepare such a dish, you will need several chocolate bars, the cocoa content of which must be at least 70%. A combination of 70% chocolate with 90% chocolate is ideal. You also need 50 ml of condensed milk, a glass of brandy, liqueur or cognac, red ground pepper. Chopped nuts, vanilla and cinnamon can be used as additional ingredients.

Heat the alcohol in a fondyushnit, add the chocolate broken on a piece and melt it. Pour in the condensed milk, add red pepper and other spices, mix everything thoroughly. Cook for a couple more minutes, stirring constantly. Then, fork the fruit and dip it into the chocolate fondue.
