To begin with, it is not recommended to exclude meat from the children's diet, the menu of the elderly and for some diseases. Meanwhile, most vegetarians claim that by excluding meat, they began to feel better, their health improved and there was lightness.

- with poor digestion, meat may rot in the stomach, since this food is heavy.
Can meat be replaced with plant foods?
Of course, it is impossible to completely replace meat with only plant foods. Therefore, vegetarians and vegans are often deficient in vitamin B12. In terms of proper nutrition, it is better to replace meat with fish and seafood. Meanwhile, everyone has their own outlook on life and everyone chooses what he has.
