Ingredients:

- eggplants (small) - 10 pieces;

- eggs - 3 pieces;

- processed cheese (no flavors) - 3 pieces;

- garlic - 3 cloves;

- mayonnaise - 180 grams;

- sunflower oil - 3 tablespoons;

- butter - 50 grams;

- salt, dill, olives (pitted), hot sauce - to taste.

Cut the eggplants into thin slices and put them in lightly salted water for about half an hour. Then these vegetables should be fried on both sides in sunflower oil. You need to heat the eggplant slices for a few minutes. After that, put the vegetables on a paper towel and salt to taste.

Eggs must be hard-boiled and chopped. Processed cheese and butter should be added to them. These products should be mixed with crushed garlic, seasoned with mayonnaise and salt to taste. The resulting mass should be laid out on slices of eggplant, sprinkled with hot sauce and sprinkled with finely chopped dill. Then the stuffed slices must be rolled into tubes.

The tomatoes should be sliced, cored, and garnished with eggplant rolls. On each slice, you need to put half of the olive, securing it with mayonnaise.

Grind the cheese and mix it with mayonnaise. Add crushed garlic and pepper to the resulting mass. This filling should be laid out on slices of eggplant, covered with tomatoes, previously cut into slices, and sprinkled with dill.

Mother-in-law's tongue from cucumbers - preparation for the winter

Ingredients:

- cucumbers - 4 pieces;

- tomatoes - 2 pieces;

- garlic - 4 cloves;

- sweet peppers - 4 pieces;

- bitter pepper - 1 piece;

- vinegar (6%) - 0.5 cups;

- sugar - 0.5 cups;

- vegetable oil - 1 glass;

- water - 3 glasses;

- salt to taste.

Tomatoes, garlic, sweet and bitter peppers must be scrolled through a meat grinder, mixed with vegetable oil and salt. Cut the cucumbers into slices, add to the vegetables and add sugar to them. Then these ingredients must be put into a saucepan, filled with water and put on fire. The vegetables must be brought to a boil and then cooked for about half an hour. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add vinegar to the dish and mix. The resulting mass should be laid out in sterilized jars and rolled up.
