The long-awaited hot days are approaching, during which everyone will want to freshen up with ice cream or fruit ice. We invite you to prepare ice with the taste of the Mojito cocktail and serve it in an original way in limes.

- - 230 ml of water;
- - 100 ml lime juice;
- - 90 g brown sugar;
- - 50 g each mint, light rum;
- - zest from two limes;
- - 1 egg white.

Step 1
Rinse fresh mint and limes well. Grind the mint until smooth with a blender.
Step 2
Mix sugar with lime zest, water. Boil the syrup, add chopped mint and lime juice (100 ml) to it, let it brew for thirty minutes.
Step 3
Add rum, you can add sugar, although it's best not to make this popsicle too sweet.
Step 4
Beat the protein until a strong foam, mix with the mint-lime syrup, put in the freezer for three hours, stir every half hour. Do not be afraid that the protein will first be on the surface, then it will turn into a fluffy homogeneous mass.
Step 5
Cut off the top from four limes, gently spoon out the pulp with a spoon. Trim the bottom a little so that the baskets stand firmly, fill them with ice cubes. Keep in the refrigerator, take out the dessert just before using it.
