It is necessary
- - 700 - 800 grams of coarsely ground white meat minced chicken.
- - 4 cloves of garlic,
- - some parsley;
- - 1 egg;
- - bread crumbs;
- - 200 grams of cream or milk;
- - 100 gr. sour cream;
- - basil, allspice, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Add finely chopped chives and parsley to the minced meat prepared in advance. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Add allspice, basil, 1 raw egg, half a glass of ground breadcrumbs, previously soaked in milk or cream. Mix everything thoroughly. Leave the minced meat for 35 minutes at room temperature.
Step 3
Cut white bread into small slices. Form a ball of minced meat and roll in bread slices. Put the finished workpieces in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.
Step 4
Pour oil into a frying pan, lay out the meat pieces and fry for 2 minutes on each side. Put the fried cutlets on a baking sheet, put a small piece of butter on each cutlet and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
