Step 1
To prepare an infusion of lingonberry leaves, take 100 ml of hot water and pour 10 g of leaves into it, after a two-hour infusion, strain and use for liver diseases, urinary system, rheumatism, gout. Drink before meals for 1-2 tablespoons.
Step 2
From the fruits of lingonberry, you can prepare an excellent medicine that helps with diseases of the kidneys and liver, gastritis with different acidity, colitis. Take 200 g of lingonberry fruits and boil them in 400 ml of water, after which you need to let it brew in a sealed container for an hour. It turns out a very tasty tea that you can drink 100 ml 3-4 times a day before eating.
Step 3
You can make a medicinal infusion of lingonberry leaves and fruits. This will require 2 tbsp. dry mixture of these ingredients, taken in equal amounts. Pour lingonberry leaves and fruits with 0.5 liters of boiling water, let stand in a sealed container or in a thermos for 1 hour, then strain. Chilled infusion is taken 2 times a day for 1 glass.
