In winter, more than ever, you want to warm up. And what can help with this? Of course, hot tea, aromatic coffee or warming drinks with spices.
1. Berry herbal tea
This is more even a decoction than tea. It will help you keep warm after going outside. It is also rich in vitamins.
You will need:
- berries - 100 g (raspberries are better);
- hot water - 300-350 ml;
- ginger - to taste;
- sprig of rosemary;
- tea (leaf) - 2-3 tsp
First you need to grind raspberries and ginger in a blender. Next, transfer the mixture to a French press and pour boiling water over it. Then add the remaining ingredients. Let it brew for 7-10 minutes. Prepare the cups and pour the broth into the cups through a strainer.
2. Warm morning drink
This drink will help you wake up, invigorate and set you up for an active day.
You will need:
- hot water - 250 ml;
- honey - 1-2 tsp;
- lemon juice - 1 tablespoon;
- ginger - a pinch;
- green tea (leaf) - 1 tsp;
- cinnamon to taste.
Add all ingredients to a French press and pour boiling water over. Let it brew for about 10 minutes. The drink is ready.
Important! In order for the drink to retain its maximum useful properties, hot water should not exceed 80 degrees.
3. Turmeric milk drink
Turmeric gives dishes not only a beautiful golden hue, but also adds beneficial properties.
Need to:
- any milk - 1 tbsp.;
- sugar - 2 tsp;
- a pinch of ginger;
- turmeric - 2 tsp
First you need to warm up the milk, but do not bring it to a boil. Add spices to the milk and hold on the stove for a little more. Stir constantly to keep the milk from boiling. Then you can leave the drink to brew for a few minutes, or you can serve it right away.
4. Cocoa with pepper
Doesn't sound familiar and a little strange. But believe me, this is a delicious and low-calorie drink.
You will need:
- hot water - 250 ml;
- cream - 1 tsp;
- cocoa powder, which is sugar-free - 2-3 tsp;
- a pinch of vanilla and red pepper;
- sugar or sweetener to taste.
First, combine the cocoa with pepper and vanilla. Fill all this with boiling water. Then add sugar or sweetener, alter and serve. You can add cream or garnish with marshmallows on top.
5. Herbal tea
It is better if you have your own collected collection of herbs. Maybe your grandmother has it or your mom has. If not, you can buy them at the pharmacy.
You need:
- hot water - 250-300 ml;
- green tea (leaf) - 1 tsp;
- mint - 1 tsp;
- lemon balm, chamomile, lavender - 1 tsp
The preparation is very simple. All herbs are poured with boiling water and infused for about 10 minutes. After that, the tea is ready. If desired, you can add sugar or honey to it.
