- - one teaspoon of butter;
- - one tablespoon of 9% vinegar

Step 1
There are several recipes that can be used to bake a real classic brushwood. It is important that it is crispy. To do this, you need to knead a special dough for brushwood. Grind eggs with two tablespoons of sugar and one tablespoon of sunflower oil. Add salt and vinegar.

Gradually adding flour, knead the dough like on dumplings, cover it with a clean towel and leave on the table for half an hour.

Then, with a knife, divide the brush dough into 4 parts. First, roll out one piece on a cutting board as thin as possible.

Cut the dough for brushwood into narrow strips, then into diamonds. Make an incision in the middle of each diamond and turn one end of the strip through it. Having made twigs from one part of the dough, you immediately need to blunt them for frying.

Pour half of the vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and heat over high heat for 1-2 minutes.
Step 6
It is necessary to put 3-4 twigs in boiling oil. When cooked properly, they should expand into a golden color. Turn over with a fork and fry the other side. Get it out with a slotted spoon. Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
