  • - vodka - 2 tablespoons;
  • - refined vegetable oil - 1 glass;
  • - icing sugar for dusting.

Instructions

Step 1

Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks with sugar and grind until a homogeneous light yellow consistency.

Step 2

Pour half a glass of milk and sour cream into the mass. Mix everything thoroughly. Add vodka. The vodka in the brushwood dough recipe is needed so that the flour does not become sticky, and when frying it forms a thin crispy crust. In this case, the alcohol will evaporate completely during heat treatment.
