Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Mix cocoa, 1 tbsp. natural coffee, 1.5 tbsp. granulated sugar and flour. In another bowl, beat eggs and 250 g of granulated sugar, beat until the mass increases by 1-2 times, about 5-8 minutes. Mix kefir and soda. Pour the kefir mass into the egg and stir. Add vegetable oil and stir again. Then mix the flour mixture with kefir and stir until smooth.
Step 2
Place parchment paper on the bottom of the mold and pour out the dough, smooth over the surface. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Check the readiness of the biscuit with a wooden skewer, if it is dry, then you can get it out. Take out the biscuit and leave to cool. Trim the edges of the sponge cake evenly. And chop the scraps into crumbs. Cut the biscuit into 2 layers, and then each layer into two more pieces. There should be four cakes in total.
Step 3
Prepare the impregnation. Dissolve 2 tsp. coffee in hot water and add granulated sugar, add coffee liqueur.
Step 4
Make buttercream. Whisk 400 g butter and condensed milk, add 1 tbsp. natural coffee.

Soak each cake abundantly with impregnation and grease with cream, fold in a pile.
Step 6
Grind the chocolate. Decorate the cake with crumbs and chocolate.
