Step 1
To prepare a delicious glaze, you need to brew strong coffee. The first step is to grind the grains very finely. Pour the beans into the grinder, grind until they become small crumbs, at this point add sugar to the coffee and continue grinding until it becomes very fine.
Step 2
Pour coffee with sugar into the Turk. Cut the vanilla sticks in half, remove the grains and put everything together in a turkey. Pour the contents of the turks with 150-200 ml. water. Put coffee for vanilla glaze on a low heat and cook without opening the lid. You need to cook without boiling. When the time comes to a boil, remove the Turk from the stove or turn off the heat, cool the coffee a little and bring it back to this state, do this 2-3 times.
Step 3
After the last boil, cover the turk with a towel and let sit for 10 minutes. The coffee is almost ready for further glaze preparation. Now strain it through a fine sieve to remove the tea leaves and vanilla sticks. You have a very strong coffee that needs to be poured into a glass or mug.
Step 4
Divide the ice cream into 2 parts, one part should be about twice the size of the other. Soften a small part, add to the coffee and dissolve completely, cut the larger part into pieces and add to the coffee. Sprinkle with grated chocolate on top of the glaze.
