Now many people find it difficult to imagine their morning without aromatic coffee. Someone uses natural fried grains for its preparation, filigree cooking them in a Turk, and someone, not really thinking about the taste of the drink, drinks the instant version. But is any instant coffee a priori of less quality?
There are two varieties of coffee trees: robusta and arabica. For the production of instant coffee, they resort to the use of Robusta (the grains of this variety, in contrast to Arabica, have a more rounded shape). This type of coffee does not shine with aroma, but the caffeine in such beans is two or even four times more.
As a rule, there are three types of instant coffee:
• Powder.
• Freeze-dried.
• Granular.
If you are still looking for a more aromatic way to start your day, then it is better to purchase freeze-dried coffee. Such a product is produced by freezing coffee beans, due to which the drink made from sublimate has a tart and rich aroma.
Always pay attention to the packaging of instant coffee. The granulated product should be purchased in glass jars so that you can take a closer look at the contents. If there is a large amount of powder among the granules, then you should refrain from buying such coffee.
Keep an eye on the brand of coffee. Do not be stingy and choose the more expensive option, all other things being equal. And remember that good instant coffee will last no more than 18 months.
