It is necessary

  • - bitter dark chocolate - 2 bars,
  • - butter - 75 g,
  • - cream (33%) - 350 ml,
  • - egg - 2 pcs.,
  • - honey - 2 tbsp. l.,
  • - whiskey (optional) or liqueur - 1 tbsp. l.


Step 1

It is best to take bitter chocolate, without impurities (nuts, raisins, etc.). Grind it with a knife, you can grate it. This will melt the chocolate faster. Pour the chocolate into a small bowl and place it in a saucepan filled with hot water.

Step 2

After the chocolate has completely melted, add the butter, cut into small cubes, into it. Beat the cream well until a thick foam, so the dessert will be more fluffy. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, put the whites in a separate container, add honey to them and beat until a homogeneous white mass is obtained. Add whipped cream and melted chocolate with butter to the resulting egg mass.

Step 3

Optionally, pour in a spoonful of whiskey or liquor. Stir with a whisk. Divide the mousse into portioned bowls. Put in the refrigerator for a while. Decorate the resulting cooled mousse to your taste. Top with some chocolate ice cream, garnish with dark chocolate pieces and sprinkle with sand crumbs. If you also decorate with ice cream, then the dessert should be served immediately, before it begins to melt.
