Khaliat al Nahl - translated from Arabic as a bee hive. It is very easy to find the right products for this dish. And it doesn’t require a lot of money. The buns are very tasty and satisfying.

- - 280 g flour

Instructions
Step 1
Start making the dough first, heat the milk. Pour the milk into a bowl. Add vegetable oil, flour, yogurt or kefir, salt, granulated sugar, yeast, and baking powder. And put in a cool place for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2
Start making syrup. Pour water into a saucepan and add sugar. While stirring, bring until the sugar is completely dissolved. After the syrup boils, you do not need to interfere with it, so that crystals do not form. Let the syrup simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Step 3
Take out the dough and make a "sausage" out of it and cut into 24-25 equal pieces.
Step 4
Dig a hole in the filling dough. Add the cottage cheese filling. And make a dumpling.

Pinch the edge towards the middle to form a ball. Flip over and place in a greased pan. Set the buns apart in a warm place, about 20-25 minutes.
Step 6
Brush the buns with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. And put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Step 7
Take out the khaliat al nahl and pour over the sugar syrup, put them in the oven for another 5 minutes. After that, cover the buns with a towel and let them stand for half an hour.
