Tiramisu is an incredibly tender, surprisingly airy dessert that came to us from beautiful Italy. Despite the spicy, sophisticated name, this delicacy can be easily prepared at home. The main ingredient of this dessert is soft Italian mascarpone cheese, which can easily be replaced with ordinary cream.
It is necessary
- - 300 g cookies (ladies' fingers);
- - 500 g mascarpone cheese;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 100 g granulated sugar;
- - 100 g of cold coffee;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of wine (rum or brandy);
- - 5 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Separate the whites from the yolks. Add sugar to the yolks and beat until stiff.
Step 2
Add mascarpone cheese to the resulting mass and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Whisk the whites into a thick foam and combine with the cheese and yolks. Stir everything.
Step 4
Combine the coffee with the wine, then quickly dip the cookie sticks into it, one at a time.
Step 5
Place the soaked sticks in a prepared mold and brush them with half of the resulting cream. Then the second layer of sticks and the remaining cream. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Step 6
After the dessert has frozen, sprinkle it with cocoa powder (through a sieve), cut into portions and serve.
