Knead the non-sticky dough, cover with a towel and leave warm for an hour.
  2. Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Brush with melted butter (1 1/2 tablespoons). Stir 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar and sprinkle over the dough. Roll it into a tight roll. Cut into pieces 2-3 cm thick.
  3. Cover the baking dish with parchment paper, place the buns close to each other. Bake for 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 160 gadus Celsius. For the glaze, mix together the cheese, powder, vanilla and remaining butter. Drizzle over hot buns.
