Brizol is not so much a culinary dish as a way of cooking. And it consists in the fact that minced meat, fish, chicken or pork chop are fried in an omelet. Brizol has all the chances to be included in the list of favorite dishes.
It is necessary
- - minced meat (pork and beef) 400 g;
- - chicken eggs 5 pieces;
- - onion 1 piece;
- - salt;
- - pepper to taste;
- - flour;
- - vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind the onion head in a blender, mix with minced meat, add pepper and salt to taste. Stir with one raw egg and then divide the resulting mass into equal 4 parts.
Step 2
Next, you need to beat one egg a little and pour the resulting mass into a flat plate.
Step 3
Sprinkle flour on a cutting board and roll out one of the minced meat portions highlighted earlier on it. You need to roll out in proportion to the frying pan in which the dish will be prepared.
Step 4
Put the resulting minced meat pancake on a previously prepared flat plate with an egg. Then you need to carefully put it on an already heated frying pan so that the minced meat is on top and the egg is on the bottom. Fry in vegetable oil.
Step 5
When the egg layer acquires a golden hue, it is necessary to turn the brizol over and fry until fully cooked.
Step 6
Cook the rest of the minced meat in the same way.
Step 7
When serving, roll in half, decorating with herbs. You can put the filling inside the brizol if you wish. Fried vegetables or mushrooms can be used as a filling.
