Many have tried the delicious "Enchantress" cake, but few have tried to cook it on their own, especially in a slow cooker.
It is necessary
- - eggs, 3 pieces;
- - sugar, 2/3 cup;
- - flour, 2/3 cup;
- - baking powder for dough, 1 teaspoon.
- For the cream:
- - milk, 1 glass;
- - one egg;
- - butter, 50 g;
- - flour, 3 spoons;
- - sugar, half a glass;
- - a pinch of vanillin.
- For glaze:
- - dark chocolate, 50 g;
- - milk, powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons each;
- - cocoa powder, 1 spoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs with sugar. Slowly add baking powder and flour. Bake the resulting dough in a greased multicooker saucepan for an hour (Bake mode). Wait another ten minutes without opening the lid. Then open the lid, let it cool a little, take out the resulting cake, leave to cool.
Step 2
Prepare the cream for now. Mix egg, flour, vanillin, add milk and sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. Add pieces of butter to the hot cream, remove from heat, beat well. Refrigerate.
Step 3
Prepare the icing. Melt chocolate for this, pour in milk, add powdered sugar, cocoa powder. Bring to a hot state, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Cut the cake into two parts, coat with cream. Cover the top and sides with glaze, put in the refrigerator for three hours. So the cake "Enchantress" is ready, which tastes as good as the purchased one!
