Buckwheat chaff (done) has all the useful properties of buckwheat. Vitamins and trace elements (calcium, phosphorus, magnesium) are contained in it in large quantities. In terms of iron reserves, it rightfully competes with red meats. Due to its easy absorption, its use is indicated even for people suffering from diseases of the digestive system. In addition, due to the smaller amount of cooking time, the loss of vitamins during cooking is not so significant.

It is necessary

    • Buckwheat groats (chaff) - 1.5 tbsp.;
    • Egg - 1 pc;
    • Semolina - 3 l;
    • Low-fat pork 200 g;
    • Medium carrots;
    • Small onion;
    • 2-3 tomatoes;
    • Vegetable oil for frying 2 tablespoons;
    • Water;
    • Salt (to taste).

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the pork into small cubes, dry slightly, carrots into cubes, onions in half rings. Make a cruciform cut in the tomatoes and pour boiling water over them for 5 minutes. Peel off the skin gently. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.

Step 2

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet, then add the pieces of meat there. Once the meat is browned, add the chopped onions and carrots. Bring the mixture in a skillet until half cooked, add chopped tomatoes.

Step 3

Switch to low heat, salt, add a little black pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4

Pour the cut into a saucepan, in which you will cook it later. Drive a raw egg into a completely dry section and stir until smooth. Add semolina. Stir the resulting mixture thoroughly and rinse with freshly boiled water.

Step 5

Rinse with boiling water 3 to 5 times, depending on the degree of contamination of the section. During washing, the cross section absorbs water and swells. Add salt to taste, stir gently.

Step 6

Carefully pour boiling water over an earthen pot and transfer the cut there, transfer the stew with vegetables from the pan on top, cover with a lid. Place the pot of porridge in a cold oven and set the temperature to 200 ° C. After the temperature in the oven reaches the desired degree, leave the pot for 5-10 minutes in the oven. Steaming time depends on the size of the pot.

Step 7

Spread the prepared porridge on plates, sprinkle with finely chopped dill on top.
