Gazpacho or cold tomato soup is a Spanish dish. This soup is especially pleasant to eat in hot summer weather, as it perfectly refreshes.

- - sweet red pepper - 2 pcs;
- - hot red pepper - 1 pc;
- - cucumber - 1 pc;
- - white bread - 1 loaf;
- - garlic - 2 cloves;
- - lemon - 1 piece;
- - thyme - 1 bunch;
- - red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon;
- - Tabasco sauce - a few drops;
- - olive oil - 1 tablespoon;
- - ice cubes - 1 glass;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
So, first you need to rinse all the greens and vegetables. Then peel off the tomato skin. This is easy to do if you pour boiling water over them beforehand. Cut all tomatoes into 2 pieces and remove seeds from each. Peppers, like previous vegetables, need to be cut in half and then core removed. Chop the peeled cucumber, peppers and tomatoes into cubes, chop the garlic. Remove the crust from the loaf of bread, and cut the pulp, like vegetables, into cubes.
Step 2
Combine the following ingredients in one cup: cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, garlic and bread pulp. Crush the thyme with the back of a knife and add it to this mixture. Also, do not forget to salt it.
Step 3
Add a few drops of Tabasco sauce, red wine vinegar, and the juice of one lemon to the resulting vegetable mixture. Grind the future soup with a blender and rub through a sieve.
Step 4
Wrap the ice cubes in a towel and crush them by tapping them with a hammer. Add olive oil and crushed ice to the dish. The Gazpacho soup is ready!
