- - olive oil
- - Bulgarian red pepper
- - cucumber
- - 3 tomatoes
- - 500 ml tomato juice
- - red onion
- - garlic
- - basil
- - honey
- - salt

- - black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the shrimp.
Step 2
Warm up 2 tbsp. olive oil in a skillet.
Step 3
Cut the onion in half. Take one half, chop finely, fry in a skillet.
Step 4
Add shrimp to the onion, fry for a couple of minutes.
Step 5
Chop the garlic finely. Add to the shrimp.
Step 6
Add honey and spices to the pan, mix well. We fry for another 1 minute. We cool it down.
Step 7
Tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, half onion, greens, mix in a blender. Add tomato juice and mix again.
Step 8
Pour the soup into bowls and add the shrimp. You can decorate with greens.
