Brizol is not even the name of the dish itself, but, one might say, the name of the preparation. Of course, there are very, very many all kinds of recipes for preparing this dish, but I would like to draw attention to the one that is easiest, but is in no way inferior in taste.
It is necessary
- - eggs - 2 pcs;
- - minced chicken - 100 g;
- - champignons - 5 pcs;
- - pickled cucumber - 1 pc;
- - low-fat milk - 1 tablespoon;
- - low-fat sour cream - 1 tablespoon;
- - grated cheese - 2 tablespoons;
- - garlic - 1 clove;
- - parsley;
- - salt;
- - pepper;
- - green onions;
- - vegetable oil.

Step 1
So, let's get down to manufacturing. First you need to put the following products in a blender: minced chicken, milk, eggs, a teaspoon of vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Then we mix all this until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Then the resulting mixture should be fried in a pan on both sides. You need to fry under the lid and always on low heat.

Now it came to the filling. First, fry the mushrooms, then lay out and mix them with the following products: cucumber cut into strips, cheese, sour cream, chopped garlic and parsley.
