- pork - 500 g;

- wheat flour - 2-3 tablespoons;

Step 1
Remove tendons and films from the meat and cut into cubes. Place the slices in a bowl, add the spices and marinate for half an hour.

Finely chop the peppers and onions, grate the carrots on a fine grater. In a preheated skillet, simmer the meat until all the liquid has evaporated. When it is browned on all sides, transfer to a deep stewpan.

Saute the onions, peppers and carrots in the same skillet. Combine vegetables with pork, add tomato paste, pepper and salt. Stir and simmer over medium heat for a few minutes. Then sprinkle with flour and stir.

Pour vegetable, mushroom, or meat broth over the meat so that a thick gravy comes out. Boil the mixture for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour in the cream, bring the sauce to the required consistency. Let the goulash simmer and remove from heat. Pork goulash is ready, you can serve it to the table.
