Traditionally, peppers are stuffed with a mixture of minced meat, rice and carrots. Replacing the standard ingredients with spicy cabbage will be a real surprise for the guests. The dish turns out to be aromatic, satisfying and low in calories.

- - 250 g white cabbage
- - 2 small carrots
- - 1 celery root
- - 1 clove of garlic

- - 100 g of rice

Step 1
Cut off the base of each pepper, remove the seeds and boil the blanks with lightly salted water until half cooked. Chop the onion, chop the cabbage finely, and chop the celery root in a blender or with a knife.

Fry the vegetable mixture in vegetable oil for 15 minutes. While cooking, add salt, black pepper, chopped garlic and pre-cooked rice. For a richer flavor and aroma, you can mix vegetables with a little tomato paste.
Step 3
Put the prepared cabbage filling in the middle of the peppers. Arrange the blanks at a short distance from each other in a baking dish. The rest of the cabbage can be laid out next to the stuffed peppers. You need to cook the dish in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
