Potato casserole with minced meat, beans and cheese is a great alternative to any family dinner. It is formed quite simply and baked quickly. At the same time, there are a lot of casseroles, so it will be enough even for a large family.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g beans;
  • 1, 3 kg of potatoes;
  • 0.5 kg minced meat;
  • 1 onion;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 100 ml fresh milk;
  • 1 egg;
  • 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
  • 4 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;
  • 100 g of Dutch cheese;
  • salt and favorite herbs.

Preparation:

  1. Rinse beans thoroughly, soak in cold water and leave to stand overnight.
  2. In the morning, rinse the beans again, add clean water and boil until tender so that they do not boil.
  3. Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into large pieces, put in a saucepan, add water and boil until tender. Then turn into mashed potatoes, seasoning it with fresh, but slightly warmed milk.
  4. Peel greens, onions, garlic, wash and chop finely with a knife, without connecting together.
  5. Heat sunflower oil in a skillet. Put the garlic and onions in the oil, fry them until golden brown.
  6. Mash the minced meat thoroughly with a fork or hands, put in a frying pan with the onion, season with salt and fry for 5-7 minutes. Then add boiled beans and tomato paste there, continuing to stir and fry for another 3-5 minutes.
  7. Grate Dutch cheese on a coarse grater.
  8. Drive an egg into a deep plate, season it with salt and beat with a fork. Then add half of the chopped herbs and half of the grated cheese to the egg mass. Mix everything thoroughly.
  9. Grease a baking dish with plenty of oil.
  10. Put ½ part of the puree in an even layer on the bottom of the dish.
  11. Cover the puree with an even layer of bean and meat filling, and sprinkle the filling with the remaining chopped herbs.
  12. Cover the greens with the second part of the mashed potatoes, and evenly spread the egg-cheese mass on top of the mashed potatoes.
  13. Formed potato casserole with beans send for 25-35 minutes in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
  14. 5-10 minutes before the end of cooking, the casserole must be removed from the oven, sprinkled with the second part of the cheese and sent back to the oven.
  15. Remove the prepared casserole from the oven, garnish with herbs and serve directly in the form.
