There are a lot of pizza recipes, but the stromboli pizza recipe can surprise even the most sophisticated lover of this Italian dish. After all, we are going to make a pizza roll.

Step 1
For one pizza, you need about 300 g of ready-made dough, which is sold frozen in stores. It needs to be thawed (preferably in the refrigerator), trimmed and kneaded with your hands. Pour a small amount of butter into the middle and use a brush to spread it over the entire surface of the dough. We transfer the dough to a baking sheet and set aside.
Step 2
Let's take care of the filling. We take grated cheese and sprinkle it on the surface of the dough in a thin layer. The ideal pizza cheese is mozzarella, but any semi-hard cheese can be used. Cut the salami into medium cubes and spread in an even layer on the dough. Put the processed cheese on top. Cut the tomato into thin slices and distribute it over the entire surface of the pizza, stepping back a little from the edge, since we will wrap the pizza in a roll.
And the last ingredient in our pizza is boiled eggs. We cut them into rather large slices and put them on the center of the pizza.
Sprinkle with dry oregano or basil on top. The spices will give the pizza a real Italian flavor.
Step 3
Gently start wrapping the pizza, while you need to squeeze the dough with your hands so that there is no air in the pizza. The most important thing is to lay the roll seam down, otherwise the pizza may just open.
The edges need to be connected and clamped, grease the dough on top with olive oil and make several punctures so that the dough does not break during baking. We send the pizza to the oven, preheated to a temperature of 220 degrees, for 20 minutes.
The pizza is ready, it remains only to cut it into small pieces and decorate with a sprig of greens.
