Step 1
Pour 300 ml of fresh milk into a mixer, then gradually add milk powder, stir.

Place low-fat cottage cheese in the milk mixture and mix well. Then pour a raw egg, some fruit syrup into the mixture and beat thoroughly.
Step 3
Add the remaining milk to the mixer and mix again at full mixer revolutions. Pour into a glass - This is your daily shake to take in small sips after your workout.

Try a banana protein shake. To do this, mix ripe bananas with milk in a blender, then put strawberries there and stir.
