- Buckwheat - 1.5 cups;
- Onions - 1 piece;
- Carrots - 1 piece;
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece;
- Tomato - 1 piece;
- Beets - 1 piece;
- Water - 3 glasses;
- Vegetable oil
- salt and herbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut onions, peppers and tomatoes into cubes and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and add to the pan.
Step 3
Grate the beets on a coarse grater and add to the vegetables.
Step 4
Fry vegetables for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Rinse buckwheat thoroughly and add to vegetables. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Add water. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 20-30 minutes.
Step 7
Add salt and herbs 5 minutes before cooking. Stir and serve.
