This amazing cupcake is just perfection. It is delicious and aromatic. And most importantly, it is prepared from affordable and simple products.
It is necessary
- - frozen dough;
- - lemon mousse: beat 1/2 can of condensed milk in a blender with juice of 2 lemons
- - 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- - a mold for muffins;
- - flower-shaped cookie cutter;
Instructions
Step 1
Roll out the frozen dough and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature. Use a cookie cutter to cut flowers on the dough.
Step 2
Place each flower inside a cupcake pan with the petals folded down. Carefully lift each flower by connecting three petals, and leave the other three open.
Step 3
Make holes in the dough with a fork in each of the molds.
Bake for 5-7 minutes at 180 degrees or until tender.
Step 4
Cool and fill the flowers with lemon mousse. Sprinkle with icing sugar on top.
