Step 1

Cut lightly salted fish and fresh cucumbers into thin cubes. Divide the nori sheet in half, place the half of the nori on the mat with the glossy side. Soak your hands in water acidified with lemon juice, take a portion of the rice and lay it in a thin layer on the nori, leaving at the end one centimeter free of rice. Apply some wasabi all over the sheet.
Step 3
Place long strips of fresh cucumber on a strip of rice. Roll the nori into rolls using a rug. Cut each roll into two halves with a sharp knife to make four rolls.
Step 4
Take out half a nori leaf, place on a bamboo mat, place two rolls, place the fish in the middle, cover with two rolls on top. Roll into a large roll using a rug.
Step 5
It remains to cut the roll into several equal parts and place on a dish. Serve the "Flowers" kazari rolls with pickled ginger and soy sauce.
