If you want to treat your loved ones not only to an unusual, but also a very tasty hearty dish, you should definitely pay attention to the pork julienne recipe. This dish can be served not only for dinner, but also for a festive table. Despite the unusual name, preparing such a dish is very simple.
Ingredients:
- 700-800 g of pork pulp;
- 1 onion head;
- 20 g wheat flour;
- 50 g sour cream 20%;
- 220 g of hard cheese;
- 700 g of mushrooms;
- 10 g of cow oil;
- 200 g of milk;
- mayonnaise;
Preparation:
- It is necessary to prepare the meat. It is thoroughly washed and dipped in a pot of water. If the piece is too large, then you can first cut it in half. Next, the pork is sent to the fire. After the liquid boils, you need to reduce the heat. The meat must be cooked until cooked.
- The mushrooms must be thoroughly washed and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and chop finely with a sharp knife. Prepared mushrooms and onions must be sent to a hot frying pan, into which a little vegetable oil should first be poured. This should be done shortly before the end of cooking the meat.
- Remove the pork from the saucepan and let it cool slightly. Then the meat needs to be cut into small enough cubes and put in a pan, where onions and mushrooms are fried.
- Take another skillet and put it on the fire as well. Put cow butter in it and wait for it to melt. Then add flour and stir quickly. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Next, pour mayonnaise, sour cream and milk into the pan and mix everything well. This sauce should be pepper and salt to taste. Bring it to thick with constant stirring. The fire should be medium.
- Put the fried meat in a baking dish and pour the prepared sauce. Everything is thoroughly mixed. Top the resulting mixture must be covered with cheese, which must first be grated on a coarse grater. Further, this form is sent to an oven preheated to 180 degrees. The julienne must stay there for 15–20 minutes.
- It is recommended to serve the finished dish hot; you can use mashed potatoes or buckwheat porridge as a side dish.
